Work-life balance (WLB) plays a significant role in enhancing employee well-being, productivity, and overall job satisfaction. The present study aims to examine the impact of work-life balance on job satisfaction among employees working in the service sector. The research adopts a mixed approach using both primary and secondary data sources. Primary data has been collected through a structured questionnaire administered to 100 employees working in various service industries such as banking, education, and IT. Secondary data has been gathered from research journals, books, and online sources. Statistical tools such as percentage analysis and correlation have been used to analyze the data. The findings of the study indicate a strong positive relationship between work-life balance and job satisfaction. Employees who experience better balance between their work and personal life tend to show higher levels of satisfaction, commitment, and performance. The study concludes that organizations should implement effective work-life balance policies to improve employee satisfaction and retention</p>

Job satisfaction plays a significant role in determining whether employees stay with an organization or leave. The present study examines the relationship between job satisfaction and employee retention in private organizations using primary data. A structured questionnaire was administered to 153 respondents out of a sample size of 200. Statistical tools such as mean and chi-square test were applied to analyze the data. The findings reveal that factors like salary, work environment, career growth, and managerial support significantly influence job satisfaction and retention. The study concludes that higher job satisfaction leads to better retention and suggests practical strategies for organizations to improve employee engagement and reduce turnover.</p>

A structured questionnaire was administered to a sample size of 180 employees, out of which 158 valid responses were received. Statistical tools such as mean and chi-square test were used for analysis. The findings indicate that effective work-life balance practices significantly enhance employee satisfaction and retention. The study concludes that organizations must adopt employee-friendly policies to reduce turnover and improve long-term organizational performance.</p>
